What are credits used for inside the app?
Credits are the unified currency for every AI action, such as creating models, virtual try-ons, model swaps, background edits, upscaling, image generation, video generation, and more.
How many credits does each tool cost?
Most tools start at 1 credit per output. Costs increase with higher resolutions and more detailed output settings. For the full breakdown, see the credit-cost table.
What happens if I don't use my credits?
Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, up to your plan's cap: 600 for Basic, 2,250 for Pro, 4,500 for Agency, and 9,000 for Agency 2×. Bonus credits refresh daily and don't roll over. Purchased top-ups stay active for 12 months from the purchase date.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. Paying annually gives you roughly two months free compared to monthly billing. The plan features stay the same. Annual billing just lowers the effective monthly rate. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time.
Can I adjust my plan after I subscribe?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and the app walks you through how charges, credits, and renewal dates adjust for monthly versus annual plans. For the detailed breakdown (including how credit rollovers and prorations work), check the Help Center.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with 10 complimentary credits so you can experience the core workflows before subscribing. Use them to try out the tools that best fit your use case, whether that means creating models, putting your fashion products on models, or exploring video generation, so you can validate the platform before choosing a plan.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions and top-ups are non-refundable. Every new account starts with 10 free credits, so you can try FASHN before you subscribe. For subscriptions bought in the FASHN mobile app, Apple or Google Play handles refunds.
Does my subscription work on both the web app and the mobile app?
Yes, your subscription and credits are shared across web, iOS, and Android. You can use the web app at app.fashn.ai and the mobile app with the same account, and any credits you use on one platform will be reflected on the others.

Do On-Demand credits expire?
Yes. On-demand purchases expire 12 months after you buy them.
How do you handle data privacy?
We handle API data according to our documented retention policy. FASHN does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve its own or third-party AI models unless you expressly opt in through a separate agreement. See our API documentation for details.
Do you offer free credits?
No. We do not offer free credits. You can start in On-Demand mode with a $7.50 purchase (100 credits) to validate the API before moving to a commitment tier or purchasing a larger top up.
Do you offer discounts for high usage?
Yes. Commitment tiers include monthly credits and reduce top-up pricing (Tier I: 10% off, Tier II: 20% off, Tier III: 35% off), and annual billing effectively takes two months off every tier.
What happens to my monthly credits if I don't use them?
Monthly credits provided with your commitment tier reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits will not roll over and will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Do top-up credits purchased while on a commitment tier also expire monthly?
No. Discounted top-ups you buy while subscribed to a commitment tier remain available for the entire time your subscription stays active, and only expire when that subscription ends.
What happens to discounted top-up credits if I cancel my subscription?
Once a commitment tier ends, any discounted credits tied to that tier expire at the end of the current billing period. On-demand credits keep their original 12-month timer.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
You can keep generating by purchasing top-ups from the API Billing tab. While subscribed to a tier you receive the discounted rate automatically; otherwise on-demand pricing applies.
Are credits refundable?
No, unused API credit purchases (tier allowances or top-ups) are non-refundable. Start with the smallest top-up or the tier that matches your forecast so you only pay for what you need.
