Founder Story
I'm Ane Howard, a California-based Canadian-American artist, writer, and designer. FABA stands for Fashion Art By Ane, a name that reflects my belief that art is for everyone and should be experienced in multiple forms, not confined to galleries. I started FABA Collection as an experiment: could I take my fine art and make it walk, move, and live beyond the wall? What began as a limited run of scarves featuring my oil paintings has evolved into a full-fledged collection of fine art wearables, each piece handmade to order with the environment in mind. My journey includes solo exhibitions, licensing deals, and fighting for artist rights (yes, we watermark everything now!), but above all, it's been about storytelling: telling mine and helping others tell theirs through what they choose to wear.
About the Brand
FABA Collection (fabacollection.com) is a California-based art and fashion brand that merges fine art with wearable design. We sell original artwork (primarily oil paintings) as well as wearable art pieces including dresses, sneakers, handbags, and accessories that feature my original art. Every product is a conversation between canvas and cloth, designed to empower individuality and elevate everyday expression.
