Wat is er nieuw bij FASHN AI

FASHN AI is now available on iOS. All tools are accessible through a chat-based interface where you describe what you need and the assistant runs the appropriate workflow.

• Supported tools: Virtual try-on, product-to-model, model swap, model creation, image editing, background removal, and video generation.
• Camera input: Upload product photos directly from your camera or photo library into the chat.
• Account sync: Your existing FASHN account, credits, Gallery, and saved Collections work across both iOS and web.

Image to Video now accepts an optional second reference image that anchors the final frame, so the clip transitions from the start image toward the end image over its duration.

It gives you control over transitions where text prompts fall short: a particular camera path, a specific final pose, or an exact scene composition.

A common fashion example: rotating a model to show the back of a garment. Text prompts fail because the video model can't infer the back from the front. With a back-view image as the end frame, the rotation renders the real garment instead of an invented one.

In the App

Available on Pro and higher plans in Studio. Setting an end frame automatically locks resolution to 1080p, the only resolution that supports this input.

For API Users

The image-to-video endpoint accepts a new optional end_image parameter (URL or base64). It must be paired with resolution: "1080p"; other resolutions are rejected with a validation error.

Image-to-video just got a plan upgrade: Basic now includes 720p, and Pro now includes 1080p, at no extra cost.

• Basic: choose between 480p and 720p (previously 480p only).
• Pro: choose between 480p, 720p, and 1080p (previously up to 720p).
• Agency: unchanged, with access to all three resolutions.

This is in preparation for new video features we're adding soon, and we want more users to have access to them from day one.

Pick from a curated library of 40 FASHN Faces and use Face Swap on any plan.

• FASHN Faces Library: Browse 40 ready-to-use faces with gender and age filters directly from the face picker in the Studio.
• Face Swap for Everyone: Face Swap is now available on all plans.

You can now run multiple requests at the same time in the Studio. Start a new generation while one is still processing, so you can iterate faster without waiting.

• Run requests in parallel: On paid plans, click New request while a generation is in progress to start another one right away.
• Track all active runs: Each request appears in your Studio history, so you can switch between results as they come in.
• Plan-based limits: The number of simultaneous requests scales with your plan, from 3 on Basic up to 11 on Agency.

You can now create Collections to organize your generated assets in the Gallery.

• Create Collections: Group images by project, season, style, or however you like. Rename or delete Collections at any time.
• Add Images Easily: Right-click any image or select multiple images and add them to a Collection in one go.
• Browse in the Studio: When picking a product or model image in the Studio, browse your Collections directly from the image picker whithout needing to scroll through your entire library.

You can now upload multiple product images at once in the Studio. Instead of running separate generations for each garment, add up to 3 products you want to work with in a single generation.

• Add more products directly from the product image uploader — click the add button to include additional items.
• Remove or reorder individual product images before generating.
• Works on both desktop and mobile.

You now have full control over the quality, speed, and cost of every generation, across both the web app and the API.

Resolution

Choose between three resolution tiers for every generation:

• Auto (default): Matches output resolution to your input image.
• 1K (~1 megapixel): Fast, consistent results with strong instruction-following.
• 2K (~4 megapixels): A step up in detail while keeping generation times reasonable.
• 4K (~16 megapixels): Maximum detail for high-fidelity output.

Generation Mode

A new parameter that lets you decide how to balance speed, cost, and quality:

• Auto (default): Selects the optimal mode based on your resolution, tool, and plan.
• Fast: Quickest turnaround at the lowest cost.
• Balanced: A middle ground between speed and realism.
• Quality: The most detailed and realistic output, with longer processing times.

Generation Mode is available on all image generation tools. Try-On currently supports Balanced and Quality only.

Credit Costs

Credit costs now scale with the resolution and generation mode you choose, so you only pay more when you need more.

What This Means for App Users

Most configurations are now cheaper or the same. Fast mode at any resolution costs just 1 credit. The only configuration that costs more is Quality + 4K at 3 credits. We've also reduced the Face Reference surcharge from 3 credits to 2 credits per image. See full breakdown in App Credit Costs.

What This Means for API Users

Fast + 1K behaves the same as before at the same cost. Higher resolution tiers produce more realistic output and are priced accordingly. Try-On Max can now run at 2 credits with Balanced + 1K (previously 4 credits) with similar quality and faster processing. We're working on enabling Fast mode for Try-On Max so you'll be able to run high-quality 1K try-ons for just 1 credit. See full breakdown in API Credit Costs.

You can now edit your images directly within the app before running any generation.

Key Features:

• Crop & Annotate: Crop your images to the perfect frame or add annotations.
• Easy Access: Click the pencil icon on any uploaded image, or right-click and select "Edit Image" from the context menu.

You can now browse and select from a curated gallery of starter models directly in the Try-On tool — no need to upload your own model image to get started.

Key Features:

• Browse by Category: Filter models by gender (Women / Men) and age group (Adult, Teen, Kid, Toddler, Senior) to find the right fit for your product.
• One-Click Selection: Simply click on any model to instantly load it into your try-on session.
• Available on All Plans: This feature is accessible to all users, regardless of subscription level.
